  • Free Contract Review – if you are very interested in a particular property and are unsure about the contract, let us read the contract first.
  • Our service to you included: start to finish – review the contract, ring you to highlight the contract, negotiate terms with the vendor solicitor (hopefully there is time to do these before exchange), guide you during exchange, every step after exchange, and settle the matter.
  • During the course of your conveyancing matter, feel free to ring us if you want to enquire about anything about your matter. You will speak to a solicitor directly when you ring.
  • Our professional fees included.
  •  GST included.
  • Disbursements included (disbursements are costs of ordering mandatory certificates like the council rates certificate and water rates certificate, and outside agency stamping charges).
  • So the final price you pay us is $1,150 fixed.
  • If it is inconvenient for you, you do NOT need to visit us. Everything can be done via phone calls, emails or texts.
  • Does not include Strata Report (we can arrange this; the business we normally use charges $290 for a strata report).
  • Does not include bank fees and charges if you have a mortgage (charged directly by the banks).
  • It does not include PEXA fees (charged directly by PEXA).

  • During the course of your conveyancing matter, feel free to ring us if you want to enquire about anything about your matter. You will speak to a solicitor directly when you ring.
  • Our professional fees included.
  • GST included.
  • Disbursements included (disbursements are costs of ordering mandatory disclosure documents, and are capped at $250; if it turns out that the house you are selling have tonnes of easements and covenants, and disbursements turn out to be more than $250, we will let you know before we proceed).
  • Otherwise, the final price you pay us is $1,250 fixed.
  • If it is inconvenient for you, you do NOT need to visit us. Everything can be done via phone calls, emails or texts. 
  • It does not include Pest Report (we can arrange this; the business we normally use charges $210 for a pest report).
  • It does not include Building Report (we can arrange this; the business we normally use charges $260 for a building report).
  • It does not include bank fees and charges if you have a mortgage (charged directly by the banks).
  • It does not include PEXA fees (charged directly by PEXA).
